  • I offer online therapy to clients throughout Illinois.

  • My rate for a traditional 50-minute session is $175. For pricing on EMDR Intensives, click on the next dropdown.

    • The cost for sessions scheduled on weekdays are as follows:

      • 90 minutes—$315

      • 2 hours—$420

      • 3 hours—$630

      • 4 hours—$840

    • I do offer limited weekend sessions. On weekends, session costs are slightly higher.

      • 90 minutes—$394

      • 2 hours—$525

      • 3 hours—$788

      • 4 hours—$1050

  • At this time, insurance does not cover EMDR intensives in an outpatient setting; the cost of an intensive is out-of-pocket. While I do not offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, intensives may be eligible for FSA or HSA funds. Intensives can be a significant up-front investment; however, they often save you money in the long-run by eliminating the need for months or years of weekly sessions—and they can save you emotional suffering by making healing and relief from symptoms available much sooner.

  • The free consultation call will be 15-30 minutes. We’ll go over what brings you into therapy, what you’re looking for in therapy/your therapist, and any other specific questions you might have. We’ll discuss the right fit in terms of time availability, the types of therapy I provide, and payments.

  • At our first intake appointment, we’ll briefly go over the important information on the intake paperwork that you have signed prior to our intake session. We’ll have a conversation about what brings you into therapy and what goals you’d like to achieve. I might also ask you a couple of clarifying questions in relation to your intake questionnaire. My style is conversational, so the intake session will be mostly about me getting to know you a little more and creating space for you to ask any questions you might have.
