My name is Olga Konyakova, and I’m an LCSW, specializing in working with clients who are struggling with complex trauma and attachment wounds. I combine cutting-edge EMDR with a psychodynamic approach, parts work, and attachment-based therapy to help my clients resolve trauma, heal their inner child, and learn to navigate their lives and relationships with confidence, boundaries, and joy.

In addition to traditional weekly therapy, I also offer EMDR Intensives, a specialized treatment option that helps you process trauma and find healing in the fastest manner possible, by engaging in focused and extended therapy sessions over the course of 1-3 days. An intensive may be an ideal fit for you if you need relief quickly, struggle to fit a weekly session into your schedule, or don’t want to spend 6-12 months in therapy.

We’ll discuss the right fit in terms of time availability, the types of therapy I provide, and payments.

  3. If it’s a good fit, I will send you the link to the intake paperwork, and we will schedule our first intake appointment.
