Welcome! I’m Olga.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
Specializing in complex trauma therapy, EMDR, parts work, and psychodynamic and attachment work
Are you ready to finally heal from your trauma and start feeling… more confident?
I know how difficult it is to learn to trust people when you’ve been betrayed—and how difficult it is to trust yourself when that basic internal security has been undermined by gaslighting or emotional abuse.
I understand how complex trauma can impact every relationship in your life—even the healthy ones, even when you’re trying desperately to get away from old patterns.
I understand what happens to your brain and body when you feel chronically overwhelmed and unsafe.
Healing from complex trauma is a lifelong journey, one I understand intimately and personally.
My Approach to Therapy
My work as a therapist has focused on helping survivors of complex trauma, particularly women who have experienced narcissistic abuse or close relationships with substance abusers (such as a parent or partner).
Unlike classic PTSD, where trauma may come from a single terrifying event, complex trauma often looks like a tapestry of thousands of interconnected traumas taking place over the span of years—like a childhood spent growing up in a dysfunctional family-of-origin, or years spent in a toxic and controlling marriage. Complex traumas are often relational; this kind of trauma hurts so much because the wounds come from the people who are supposed to be the safest for us.
My approach in therapy focuses on inner child healing and releasing trauma stored in the body through EMDR, all in the context of a warm therapeutic relationship.
Trauma therapy is cyclical, often frustrating, and absolutely grueling. But when we decide to get serious about it, it’s powerful: it can break generational cycles, open you up to healthy connection, and allow you to embrace yourself with the deep, parental compassion you’ve lacked for so long.
How is therapy with me different?
In my own journey out of complex trauma, I’m now the mom of two small kids. Healing has allowed me to feel empowered and confident as a parent, knowing I’m ending generational trauma in how I’m raising my kids.
In therapy with me, you will learn how to leave anxiety behind, set boundaries, advocate for yourself, make hard decisions, regulate your emotions, and trust your body.
You will heal your relationship with yourself, and learn how to have healthy relationships with others… in ways you’ve never experienced before.
I love working with survivors of complex trauma because we are so resilient.
I promise you, you are strong enough to do this work.
Am I the right therapist for you?
-
If you have been through talk therapy in the past and would like to dive deeper into understanding your patterns and how childhood trauma impacts your relationships and self esteem today, then you are in the right place. Also, if you’d like a more direct approach to reworking your negative core beliefs, then EMDR would be a good approach and if you’d like to work on something very specific related to trauma then an EMDR Intensive approach would be the best fit.
-
I am a conversationalist and direct therapist and my approach is highly trauma focused. If you have not been through therapy in the past and need a slower approach or highly skilled focused therapy then therapy with me might not be the right fit for you.

I love nature and hiking and I am currently taking photography and spirituality classes. Prior to having kids, I used to be an adrenaline junkie. Now, I just look forward to getting to sleep at 9pm! I love to watch comedy and attend improv shows as a way to unwind.
Specialities
-
Trauma Therapy
Trauma therapy provides a healing path for those struggling with emotional neglect, difficult relationships, or past pain. Approaches like EMDR and attachment-focused therapy promote deep healing, leading to healthier relationships and inner peace.
-
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a technique that utilizes bilateral stimulation or eye movement to help you process and release trauma. Research has shown it has tremendous benefits in helping people move from just mentally understanding their trauma to actually experiencing relief in their bodies.
-
EMDR Therapy Intensives
If traditional weekly therapy has not been a good fit for you, if you feel like you’ve gotten stuck and aren’t making progress anymore, or if you are drowning and need relief from symptoms quickly, engaging in an EMDR Intensive may be a good option for you. More time for deeper healing.
-
Psychodynamic, Parts & Attachment Work
One of the most fundamental components of healing is learning to engage with your inner child, and other wounded parts of yourself, with acceptance and compassion. This foundation of attachment healing is what enables you to experience secure attachment in other relationships in your life.
